Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are normally dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via different services based on the size, weight and value.

Packages on orders of under 150 euro for products we have in stock are usually shipped via anpost. Orders over 150 euro are generally sent with registered post or via DPD or UPS. For many EU countries on high value orders we will absorb shipping costs.

If a product is on backorder and we dont have stock in shipment on the way to us we will arrange shipment directly from the company manufacturing the product. In these situations we generally absorb shipping costs for packages worth over 150 euro.

Whichever shipment choice is used we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

We usually accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery however you must notify us of any issues with the product or your desire to return within 10 days of receipt of the product and refunds will only be issued once you have shipped the product back to us and we have received it.

Some products like clothing are exempt from returns and products that we have not had in stock and have been ordered directly from the manufacturer will have a different return policy based on the product manufacturer.
