You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund.
You can pay for every product directly on the product page by either using credit card or Klarna to split the cost into three separate interest free payments.
However if your Klarna credit limit is not high enough you can use this page to make part of your payment through Klarna and the rest via a direct payment.
Lets say your Klarna limit is €2,500 and you want to buy a wing worth €3,400. You can pay €1,000 via this page and then come back here and pay the other €2,400 via Klarna split into three interest free payments of €800 each. So your first initial payments will be €1,000 plus 800 euro for the first Klarna Payment, then two more €800 Klarna payments which will be 30 days apart.
We recommend doing the Klarna Payment first to ensure there is no issue with your Klarna limit. Then come back to this form and pay the outstanding amount via normal card. So for example you need to pay an extra 1,000 euro simply add one €1,000 or two €500 bundles to your cart to get the value you need. You select credit card or Klarna on the 4th step of the checkout procedure(4:Payment) after 1:Personal Information, 2:Address and 3:Shipping Method.
Please ensure that you email us and let us know what product you are paying for and please use the same email as the payment email.
Typically we only recommend splitting payment that way between Klarna and direct payments for individual products over €1,000 in value.
